With this being the fourth 1 star review in a row, I'm not surprised this place still exists. I had an appointment for 12:20 and arrived at 12:27. The dentist had told me to rebook as I was 7 minutes late but phoned them in advance to say this. I have always waited a minimum of 20 minutes at every appointment ive had at this place. Upon arrival, I had asked if I was available to be seen but was told that, the dentist was with the same patient prior to my appointment which means she wouldn't of seen me straight away regardless of me being minutes late. I didn't see the sense in what the clerk was saying so i decided to explain why it didn't make sense. The short dark haired blue eyed Caucasian girl at the front desk became really patronising and rude and started to talk in a street slang way pointing her fingers and shaking her head whilst continuing her rudeness. Before i knew i was bombarded by 5 females all provoking the situation more. This got me aggrevated but immediately after she got her reaction she diverted the debate to me being a man and to not raise my voice to a woman. She couldn't even give eye contact whilst speaking to me then ended up talking a load of jargon. This place should be avoided at all costs. They take longer than other dental practices to fulfill your issues, due to them spreading out the appointments to make more money. They haven't been there long, maybe a year but any smart person can clearly see they just create money making schemes with YOUR oral health. AVOID!!!

Horrendous. Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. New customer, had an appointment scheduled for 0900. At 0930 I was told that my dentist was late as her car was broken and she was just getting a taxi. Didn’t know what time she would arrive. I get that these things happen. My query is why they only told me at 0930? Presumably the dentist doesn’t leave their house at 0900 to arrive for 0900 so either the dentist was going to be late anyway, or the practice was lying to me. Either way, avoid at all costs.

This dentist needs shutting down! Been there for one year and in that year I’ve had an infection so bad I ended up in a&e, fillings done so poorly my teeth have cracked, the male dentist is the rudest dentist I’ve ever met, injected the anaesthetic in the wrong place causes me to loose the sensation in my tongue for 4 weeks and they keep you waiting for ages! Total cowboys! Do not go anywhere near this place!!!

Waiting times are shocking had me and my one year old daughter sitting there for over a hour whilst they could see my daughter getting upset so had no choice but to walk out as she was to upset to actually see the dentist. We probably would still be waiting now. Absolutely ridiculous if you wanna be waiting over an hour for your appointment then definitely get an appointment with this dentist!

Impressed. I was put in contact with this dental practice after calling 111, they aren't an emergency service but I was able to get me an appointment with a fortnight, after I'd called several dentists in my local area I was happy with this and the receptionist on the phone was very helpful and professional. On the day of my first appointment the practice communicated with me very well to ask if I could slightly delay my appointment by 40 mins which as I don't live too far this wasn't a problem, and when I arrived (extremely nervous) the staff were very pleasant, the practice was clean and the dentist and assistant I saw on both occasions were understanding and very professional. I was given clear treatment plan, advice on costs and the staff i dealt with made me feel a lot more at ease, even when I experienced distress during the treatment they were accommodating and reassuring. Half way through the treatment plan I am still very pleased with their service, I almost look forward to going back 😅 and would like to retain this dentist for regular checks in the future. Would recommend.

Don't come here. The dentist is miserable, which is not helpful when for most dentists make people nervous, then rather than fixing the problem their response is to just pull teeth out. I was told "they can't do anything all we can do is remove the tooth there is no point opening it up" but when I went for a second opinion they were horrified that was the suggestion as removal would result in many more issues with other teeth rather than opening up the tooth and removing the decay.

Being a nervous patient of the dentist, today I had a tooth out and I can not thank the team enough for being patient and taking their time to ensure I was okay. Throughout the procedure the dentist was constantly asking if I was okay and she took her time to ensure I was fine and that the procedure was as pleasant as possible for me. A big thank you

I highly recommend Jana Majevavia. As someone who has been afraid of the dentist all her life, I was absolutely delighted after my treatment from Jana. If all dentists were as kind and patient as her, fearing the dentist would be a thing of the past!! Jana and her assistant were caring and attentive to my needs. I'm very grateful to them, for their patience, and restoration of my faith in dentists!!!

Been refused treatment from the newest dental nurse as she clearly didn’t like me questioning my sons treatment.. massive chip on her shoulder and a huge attitude! Been a patient there for over 10 years and never EVER had a problem until my last visit, shame as I have over 10 paying family members that attend this place (who may I add are always getting ripped off) that will all be leaving.

The staff and the atmosphere was friendly and the dentist was extremely helpful and understanding and they were willing to accommodate my appointment times as far as possible. The treatment I received from my dentist was explained in detail and carried out with no discomfort. I would recommend this practice to my family members as they are friendly and efficient.
