The only way to improve your service is to employ someone like me to manage the practice. For a start your appointment procedure is not fit for purpose; It's just a lottery if someone is lucky enough to obtain an appointment. People don't allways need an appointment on the day they phone up. However, at this practice you can't book up to see a GP. They hope you will, go to hospital, ( even, it feels,) just for a minor alliament. No wonder, people turn to the internet in despair...Oh dear!.....Only good point is that it's relatively easy to book up to see the blood nurse, who is allways pleasant and helpfull. That's the only reason this current practice gets one star!

Awful experience and attitude received yesterday from Dr Khan. She was not interested in helping and was very rude and abrasive.
Referred to my medical issue as ‘oh well, what would you have done during Covid’. Completely irrelevant to my situation and the fact Covid was nearly 5 years ago!
I have never had an issue with Dr Ahmed, but I refuse to see Dr Khan again!!

Nurse Clair, thank you for being so wonderful to my child during his immunisations yesterday! You cheered him up so much. ❤️ The bravery certificate was also awarded, so sweet!

My family have been patients since 1960’s so you can imagine we have seen lots of changes. The care my mum receives is amazing and I personally have had great care from the Doctors nurses and receptionists. Fantastic team. Thank you 🙏🏻 you are all amazing people 💕

Neil, the paramedic seen my son today. He was very professional & took his time & never made us feel rushed. He spoke through certain conditions & tests he would request & done a good examination . To be honest I found that he made my son (16) feel very at ease. I'd say it's the most positive appointment we've had, in a long while at Kingshurst medical practice. The doctors there could do with the same communication ethic. Thanks Neil.

When can get appointment there is nobody else in waiting room, your sitting there waiting 15 mins or more while Doctors are chatting with each other and not calling you in on time of appointment. If the patient is more than 10 minutes late your not seen .Even though the surgery waiting room has never more than a few people. Call for appointment at 8 am and 16th in que.then no availability. Call again next morning to be number 30. When your working as a driver at that time and can't use your phone its difficult to see a doctor. Need an evening appointment system for people who work . Receptionists and Doctors are nice shame about the system.

My mother has been a patient for many, many years. Since it’s been taken over, I have not been very satisfied with the care and support from the GP,s. However, the last few weeks I have to praise the way Dr Yakub has given my mother his upmost attention and care. He has gone above and beyond his duty of care supporting my mother and myself.
The reception team and nurses have been excellent too.
