Had a root canal yesterday (not usually something I’d shout about in a positive way) but the treatment was faultless. Quick and pain free and very different from previous experiences at a different dentist.

It was my first time there today, dentists were really friendly and explained everything that was going to happen, definitely recommend:)

I feel compelled to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent appointment at Kingshurst Dental on 13/03/2024, under the care of Dr. Shiv Parekh. My experience was not only disappointing but also concerning for my dental health. Firstly, I must address the deception I encountered regarding previous patient reviews. Positive reviews led me to believe that Kingshurst Dental provided quality care. However, my own experience contradicts these glowing recommendations. I suspect that previous patients may have had low standards for dental care, as I cannot comprehend how anyone could view the amateurish treatment I received positively. The next day, Dr. Parekh assured me that he would rectify the issues with my tooth and urged me not to worry. However, his assurances were empty, as the procedure he performed only worsened my condition. Not only did he fail to address the underlying problem, but he also left me in a state where food constantly gets stuck between my repaired tooth, causing discomfort and raising concerns about potential infection. It is evident to me that Dr. Parekh's incompetence and lack of professionalism are pervasive issues at Kingshurst Dental. It pains me to think that others may suffer similar experiences due to false positive reviews and misguided trust in this establishment.

All the dentists and dental nurses my daughter has seen have been amazing. The only thing that let's the practice down is your very rude receptionist.

Brilliant service brilliant dentist so polite nice makes children feel at ease explains things and reassured the children praises them etc . Lovely reception staff to and no problem getting you in if a emergency 10/10 best dentist I’ve been to not rude impolite like my other dentist and good never get an appointment

We have been coming to the Kingshurst Dental Practise for years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else! The staff....reception and dental nurses are so lovely ......always really helpful and friendly. Dr Parekh is always welcoming with a ready smile which instantly puts you at ease. He is also very professional and explains all the different treatment options available to suit individual needs. I would highly recommend this practise.

I have always been extremely nervous round dentists, but Shiv (I think that was his name!) Was amazing, had me calm and chilled and laughing while he did the exam, x-rays and put a filling in. Absolutely amazing.

Doctor parekh was brilliant. I Needed my wisdom tooth removing because it was buckled and i was in an unbelievable amount of pain and I was absolutely petrified to go the dentist (past trauma) but he made it actually enjoyable, minimal pain and speedy work. Couldn’t thank him enough, completely solved my issue within half an hour leaving me pain free. Would definitely recommend paying him a visit for your dental needs!!

Dr s parekh is very helpful he is very friendly and very clear if you need to know anything. I am one of those people how has a fear of the dentist from past experiences but he puts you at ease on visits. Happy to go on visits.

What I appreciate most is that Dr. Parekh never recommends unnecessary treatments just to make money. He is extremely honest and wants what is best for your long-term dental health. He will refer you to a specialist if needed rather than attempting procedures beyond his expertise.The office staff is also wonderful - organized, friendly, and helpful with insurance and billing questions. The waiting room is clean and calming. Totally recommend this dental practice 😊
